Stiamo cercando un/una Business & Sales Development Representative per la sede di Roma per ampliare il team e continuare ad espandere il business.

In qualità di Business & Sales Development Representative, sarai responsabile di sviluppare il portfolio di aziende e organizzazioni clienti, individuando e qualificando i nuovi lead e collaborando alla definizione della migliore strategia di posizionamento dell’azienda sul mercato italiano.

**Quali saranno le tue responsabilità?**
- Darai il tuo contributo nella creazione, sviluppo e implementazione della migliore strategia di presentazione e vendita dei servizi in ambito di consulenza HR;
- Individuerai e qualificherai lead ed altre opportunità e canali di vendita;
- Gestirai l’implementazione delle attività di vendita B2B;
- Svilupperai contatti e reti di relazione con aziende e organizzazioni in target, potenziali clienti;
- Raccoglierai dati e curerai i report di andamento delle attività;
- Collaborerai con le altre funzioni aziendali nell’individuazione di strategie d’azione tese a migliorare la customer experience.

**Chi cerchiamo**
- Sei un/a professionista in ambito sales B2B e business development;
- Hai maturato esperienza nella vendita di servizi di consulenza HR e hai solida conoscenza delle dinamiche di settore;
- Segui un approccio data driven e client oriented;
- Sei in grado di organizzare il lavoro in autonomia, gestire il tempo e definire le priorità;
- Sei in grado di gestire alti volumi di lavoro e di affrontare i problemi in modo costruttivo;
- Sai ascoltare attivamente e comunicare efficacemente;
- Conosci la lingua inglese a un livello professionale (B2/C1).
