The HR Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for managing various human resources functions and supporting in administrative management. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and in-depth knowledge of the Italian employment market

**Your role**

**HR**:

- Manage the full employee lifecycle administration - from contract issuing to employees departure
- Maintain and update employees records
- Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
- Coordinate with benefit providers to enroll employees, process changes, and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, collective agreements, regulations, and company policies
- Stay informed about changes in labor legislation and update HR practices accordingly.
- Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies, such as INPS
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues, including disputes and grievances, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws

**Recruitment**:

- Leading interviews in Italian & English
- Creating and maintaining requirement profiles and publishing job ads
- Partner with hiring managers and head of operations to understand our recruitment needs
- Ensure that the process and the final hiring decision is properly handled in a timely manner

**Your profile**

***:

- Bachelor or Master degree in HR
- 1year Previous experience in IT sourcing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Hands-on, proactive and autonomous
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good English and Italian (French a strong asset)
