General Role

Main responsibilities
- Welomist:

- Welcoming clients with a warm and hospitable greeting;
- Building strong relationships with clients in order to discover their needs and wishes;
- Talking to clients while they wait to be with the Sales Associate in charge of the Métier they are interested in;
- Managing customer queues through a special app on Hermès devices;
- Supporting the Sales Associates Team by helping schedule their appointments and customer visits;
- Managing front and back relationship with the Operations Teams working closely with the Runners to ensure the online, after sales service and reservations orders delivery.

Stock Runner:

- Delivering the product to the client at hotels or other locations close to the store; -Supporting the sales team in product research;
- Effecting replenishment of products in every area, maintaining an organized environment;
- Receiving and processing all incoming products;
- Organizing all stock spaces, ensuring tidiness and efficiency of space;
- Packaging and preparing product deliveries for all Métiers.

Packaging Support:

- Receiving and handling of the products;
- Labelling;
- Replenishment of products in every area;
- Packaging and delivery;
- Inventory activities.

Profile
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree;
- Have experience, even short, in similar positions preferably in a luxury good boutique;
- Good knowledge of Italian and English;
- Genuine interest and passion for the retail and fashion world;
- Strong attention to details and the ability to adapt to directives and guidelines;
- Flexibility and strong organizational skills;
- Enthusiasm, dynamism, ease of integration and teamwork complete the profile.
