Financial Controller

You will be a key player within the Finance organization. You are an allround finance professional who will perform a wide variety of tasks supporting the business and the finance team. These tasks include:

- Hands-on involvement in financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, cash planning
- Cost controlling for operational processes (production, warehouse, sourcing, )
- Support in cost-efficiency improvements projects and follow up on the progress thereof
- Compile and analyze month end financial reports to ensure a true and fair view of the financials
- Preparation of annual financial statements
- Provide support to external auditors
- You work closely together with the production department and supply chain and spare with other team members of the finance department.
- You assist in preparing the accounting and tax records in compliance with local requirements.
- You report to the Finance Manager of the Italian entity.

Your qualification:

- You have a Bachelor or Master Degree in the field of Economics and/or Business Administration.
- You have gained at least 5 years of working experience, preferably combining a first experience within an audit firm with a finance role in the field of reporting, controlling or accounting.
- You are acquainted with an industrial and international working environment.
- You communicate fluent in English and Italian.
- Your personal competencies include strong analytical and organizational skills. You are able to communicate effectively.
- You have user experience in SAP S/4Hana (FI/CO) and are a proficient user of MS Excel. A first experience with SAP S/4Hana (COPA) is a strong plus as would be experience with Celonis and MS Power BI.
