THE ACTIVITIES
- You will join the Italy Compensation & Benefit team, in charge of delivering a high quality “end to end” support to all Organizations on the C&B strategy and programs.
- Your main responsibilities:

- Contribute to the development of total reward strategy to ensure that the company can attract and retain talents
- Design salary and bonus plans
- Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data, identifying market trends and implement new practices
- Define an attractive and sustainable benefits program, working with vendors and internal functions to create and manage these plans, taking care on both the contractual and communication side.
- You will coordinate a team of Compensation & Benefits specialists, that is part of the Italy Reward and International mobility centre of excellence.

**Profile**:

- 6+ years of reward management experience
