As we expand our operations in Italy, we are seeking an Optical Lab Administrator to join our team and oversee the efficient management of orders, communication with stores, data maintenance, shipping, receiving, and invoicing.

**Position Overview**: As an Optical Lab Accountant at Moscot, you will play an important role in ensuring the general accounting and the external relations of our optical lab. You will be responsible for maintaining accounting data in our ERP system (including balance sheet and P&L for the lab), invoicing, managing orders from our stores, communicating with our stores,. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of the optical industry is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update accounting data in the ERP system
- Maintain accounting reports for the lab, including balance sheet and Profit and Loss Statement.
- Receive and process orders from retail optical stores, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with store representatives to clarify order details and address inquiries.
- Maintain inventory records in ERP system.
- Assist in resolving any order-related issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the optical lab team to ensure timely order fulfillment and quality control.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international teams and store representatives.
- Previous experience in accounting is required.
- Previous experience in order management, data entry, shipping, or a related administrative role is preferred.
- Knowledge of the optical industry or eyewear products is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or other relevant software.
