**Stage - Fashion Designer Men Area**:
We are looking for an enthusiast and smart young resource willing to join an innovative and international work environment.

You will gain a great experience in learning all the instruments, procedures and technical aspects with the support of your tutor and colleagues of the Department.

You will be involved in work activities regarding the Design Department.

Main Activities

As trainee, you will be supported by your Tutor in order to learn the major duties of the role:
Collaboration with the Design Team on the entire creative process regarding the development of the MRTW collection, contributing to the creation of designs, in accordance with assigned guidelines, regarding lines, shapes, colours, fabrics and variations for the collection garments
Support in trend research, fabric/accessory selection and "sketching" phase (up to the definition of the product sheet).
Support in the research and selection of fabrics and other materials
Participation in the shooting of institutional campaigns in support of the creative team
Close collaboration with the merchandising team to ensure the completeness of the MRTW collection, coverage of the collection grid and compliance with price ranges

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree and/or graduate course in Fashion Designer, or related;
Passion for the MRTW Area;
Good knowledge of the English language;
Knowledge and skills of Adobe package especially Illustrator and Photoshop;
Responsibility and integrity;
Good team working skills;
Empathic attitude;
Assertive communication;
Good interpersonal and communicative skills;
Good time management capability and proactivity;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good problem solving skills;
Critical thinking and decision making skills;
