**SAP APPLICATION EXPERT**

**Principali responsabilità**
- Interfaccia con team funzionali per la raccolta di requisiti di business
- Garantire la definizione e l’implementazione di soluzioni sicure e di valore praticabili ed in linea con i requisiti e le esigenze del cliente, facendo affidamento sulla propria conoscenza della tecnologia.
- Indirizzare le soluzioni massimizzando quanto previsto in modalità standard SAP ERP rispetto all’introduzione di customizzazioni specifiche
- Guidare il proprio team, coinvolgendo di volta in volta gli stakeholder più opportuni, per definire azioni volte al miglioramento della qualità, manutenibilità, sicurezza e scalabilità del SW
- Condurre e supervisionare l’analisi di progetti funzionali, guidando processi di integrazione per garantire la massimizzazione della produttività del team
- Controllare e monitorare i progetti individuando l’esigenza di possibili azioni correttive prima che le condizioni diventino critiche
- Assistere e supportare i clienti interni nella scelta della soluzione implementativa consigliata in ambito applicazioni SAP, risolvendo con tempestività anche eventuali problemi operativi.
- Gestire i fornitori di servizi SAP per il controllo del perimetro applicativo assicurando definizione chiara degli obiettivi e monitoraggio delle prestazioni.
- Collaborare con i Service Manager IT per garantire che siano rispettati gli SLA in termini di performance del SW e risoluzione degli incident/problem in ambito SAP che si verificano in produzione.
- Organizzare, supportare e facilitare la crescita funzionale dei membri del team incorporando e diffondendo le migliori pratiche, portando il miglioramento continuo e l’efficienza nell’area di competenza

**Requisiti**:

- Ha spiccate doti di leadership ed esperienza nel coordinamento di team di sviluppo.
- Comprende gli obiettivi di business ed è in grado di ottimizzare le scelte tecnologiche per il loro raggiungimento.
- E’ in grado di comunicare informazioni di tipo tecnico in modo chiaro ed efficace ai vari stakeholder aziendali.
- Ha esperienza comprovata nella gestione e nell'implementazione di applicazioni SAP
- Ha governato processi di trasformazione da ambienti SAP on-premis ad ambienti cloud (SAP HANA-S/4 HANA).
- Ha competenze di management con la capacità di gestire progetti e risorse.
- Crea rapporti di collaborazione con i riferimenti business per garantire che il proprio team contribuisca a raggiungere gli obiettivi di business.
- E’ in grado di adattarsi e gestire in modo rapido i cambiamenti rispetto agli obiettivi di business, ai processi e alle tecnologie.
