**Main purpose of the role**:
The Sales Trainer is responsible for all the Sales Training activities, in order to ensure that all RSMs, SMs and store staff have a full knowledge of selling techniques, sales ceremony and product knowledge. The Sales Trainer will support also Leadership, Feedback and Coaching programs for all Retail people.

**Key accountabilities**:
- Work closely with Training Manager and Specialists;- Support in the development of training presentations (materials collection and coordination, graphic development, e-learning);- Development and support in the creation and delivery of training content related to managerial and leadership skills- Supporting in analysis and identification sales training needs to develop and implement new modules and initiatives- Organize sales training events, including identification of appropriate venues- Running ad-hoc Face-to-Face/online training and coaching sessions when required- Provide general administrative and project management support to Training & Development Department;- Gain exposure to Sales, Marketing and other departments through cross-functional initiatives.

**Professional qualifications & technical skills**:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, Human Resources Management, Education Sciences, Psychology- At least 5 years of Training experience-
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office- Excellent knowledge of Training best practices- Availability to travel

**Personal competencies**:
- Demonstrable project management skills- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, those enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary- Solid problem-solving, business acumen and negotiation skills- Service and team oriented- Ability to improving your own knowledge and skills- Ability to share knowledge, confident talking and presenting in public, in an engaging and informative style- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
