Intesa Sanpaolo is the banking group leader in Italy. It is looking for new qualify profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:_

**Scope and Purpose**:
IMICIBIT - IMICIBEX expebcib

Within the Financial Institution DCM Origination desk we are looking for a Vice President to help further develop the Bank's **International DCM franchise in the FIG space** and to support the origination activities of the senior members of the DCM Team.

The person will work closely together with other people in the DCM team, but will also be required to liaise with other desks of the Bank (primarily Syndicate, Compliance and Legal) and with other business units of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group (relationship managers).

The ideal person is expected to show a high level of flexibility and initiative to deal with the variety of tasks that need to be done in a small team.

He/she will be required to autonomously carry out coverage and execution activities, with the aim of further strengthening ISP’s market position and will have the responsibility of a portfolio of actual and prospective FI clients, based in Continental Europe

**Competencies required**:
The tasks will include:

- producing periodic market and pricing updates for clients;
- producing presentations and other documents to be used for marketing purposes;
- drafting term-sheets for private or public transactions;
- liaising with the Bank’s Legal and Compliance departments, to assure all the appropriate steps are taken throughout analysis and execution of transactions;
- participating in the execution of the DCM transactions, liaising with the Syndicate desk, the Legal Department and with the back-office staff, whenever necessary;
- participating in the legal, business and financial due diligence processes;
- preparing deal reviews (and other internal reports) once the transactions are completed.

**Qualifications, Skills e Knowledge**:

- 6 years experience mainly in DCM, having been actively involved in **marketing activities for International Financial Institutions** and in the execution of a number of DCM transactions. Previous experiences in other capital market or credit research positions are appreciated and taken in due consideration
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in business, economics or finance;
