**The O**pportunity**

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- _Management of the AP cycle, in compliance with suppliers’ payment deadlines and priorities set by management_
- _Management of the Agents’ invoices and all administrative and fiscal issues_
- _Support and monitor of the GFS team for AP topics_
- _Collaborate with other team members to provide any clarification needed to finalize statutory and regulatory reporting_
- _Perform second-level controls on outsourced activities_

**Who Are We Looking For**

- _Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field_
- _2 to 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on AP, plus if Agents’ invoices _
- _Good understanding of financial and accounting principles_
- _Advanced computer skills, (MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Especially Excel_
- _Experience with ERP systems, SAP knowledge is a plus_
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills_
- _Ability to work as part of a team_
- _Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities_
- _Good written and spoken English language skills_
