Il Contract Management Support opera a livello locale e si occupa della gestione dei contratti di manutenzione in fase di rinnovo, takeover o legati alla fornitura di apparati nuovi.

**Working at NTT**
- Fornire supporto al team Contract Lifecycle Management per l'archiviazione e la gestione delle richieste di base dei clienti, assicurando che il database sia aggiornato e accurato.
- Garantire la correttezza, la completezza delle informazioni e dei dati contrattuali su SAP (data di inizio, data di fine, lista fornitura apparati, aggancio al contratto in scadenza)
- Garantire la correttezza, la completezza delle informazioni e dei dati contrattuali sul gestionale interno aziendale (data di inizio, data di fine, lista fornitura nuovi apparati, aggancio al contratto in scadenza)
- Gestire l'attivazione e l’inserimento su SAP dei contratti per la fornitura di nuovi apparati
- Correggere eventuali errori o discrepanze identificati
- Tenere traccia delle date di rinnovo dei contratti assicurandosi che vengano rinnovati prima della scadenza
- Assicurarsi che i contratti con i clienti siano aggiornati con i dettagli più recenti e che gli importi delle fatture siano aggiornati di conseguenza
- Garantire la preparazione e la gestione di tutti i report di manutenzione del sistema e dei fornitori pertinenti e rivederne i dati per verificarne l'accuratezza
