**Job Title**: Customer Service Sales Specialist - District Center

**In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better**
- Being part of the District Italy Center Sales Team, within Health Systems Zone IIG organization
- Becoming the District expert for the Customer Service Business & Professional services
- Collaborating closely with our district multi-modality Key Account Managers to promote the best service contract to extract most value for the customer & Philips
**You are responsible for**
- Developing deep knowledge of the CS Portfolio becoming a district expert for the Customer Service Business & Professional services
- Driving renewal and upselling of existing service contract agreements, lifecycle management, also visiting Customers
- Monitoring tenure of existing service contracts
- Monitoring and developing Customer Service and account farming
- Promoting the best service contract to extract most value for the customer & Philips
- Supporting and driving quoting process in the district geography
- Cascading launches and CS campaign in the district with full cooperation with the Service Business Manager and CS Marketing team
- Supporting and training the Sales team in the District with CS detailed portfolio expertise
- Pro-actively drives and supports Installed Base cleaning with periodical review
- Contributing to SFDC CS adherence and District CS Forecast

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Proximity to the District Center Italy area is required
- Proven skills in front customer relationship, customer service or related fields, sales
- A degree/qualification in engineering, clinical science, business, economics or equivalent
- Acts as a role-model for our Philips behaviors: Customers first; Patient Safety, Quality and integrity always; Team up to win; Take ownership to deliver fast; Eager to improve and inspire.
- Works as part of a team towards a common goal, encourage diversity
