Per la nostra **Digital Service Agency t.bd**, siamo alla ricerca di un/una **Technical Project Manager** che verrà inserito/a nell'area **Innovation & Business Analysis **e si occuperà di gestire progettualità legate all'integrazione della nostra piattaforma magnews con le soluzioni del portafoglio clienti che gli/le verrà affidato, seguendone tutte le fasi, dall'analisi e raccolta requisiti fino alla delivery.

**TI OCCUPERAI DI**:

- Gestire il progetto in tutte le sue fasi (raccolta requisiti, pianificazione, esecuzione, monitoraggio, coordinamento risorse, valutazione, rilascio);
- Monitorare costantemente le attività, lo stato di avanzamento, attenzionando le criticità e occupandoti della risoluzione delle stesse;
- Governare la relazione con in cliente definendo ownership e responsabilità, stabilendo SAL periodici e momenti di incontro dedicati;
- Coordinare e supervisionare i team interni e gli eventuali fornitori esterni coinvolti per raggiungere gli obiettivi del progetto;
- Avere un ruolo chiave nel garantire la corretta configurazione e funzionamento delle soluzione tecnologiche implementate;
- Effettuare una valutazione precisa dei tempi, dei costi e della qualità, gestendo il budget di progetto e garantendo il rispetto delle previsioni del progetto e ottimizzando simultaneamente l'efficienza, anche mediante la riduzione delle inefficienze.

Risponderai funzionalmente all’Head of Innovation & Business Analysis e ti relazionerai internamente con i vari team coinvolti nella realizzazione del progetto, tra cui Customer Journey Experts, Business Analysts e Back End Developers.

**CERCHIAMO IN TE**:

- **Background **come Back End Developer/Software Architect/Technical Manager;
- **Esperienza** nella gestione di progetti tecnici;
- Esperienza nella stima e nella gestione di budget di progetto
- Esperienza nell’utilizzo di software legati al project management e collaboration (Asana, Trello, Jira, Confluence, ecc);
- Forte orientamento al cliente, focalizzato sulla comprensione approfondita delle sue esigenze e sulla costante ricerca di soluzioni mirate per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi e risultati prefissati;
- Saper lavorare sinergicamente all’interno di un team, con la capacità di gestire relazioni in modo efficace attraverso una comunicazione aperta e una collaborazione attiva.

**NICE TO HAVE**:

- Esperienza nella gestione di progetti tecnici di integrazione in ambito marketing e comunicazione.

**DETTAGLI RETRIBUTIVI**:
