You will be part of different projects aimed at supporting the group's clients in improving the performance of their digital assets through the collection of business requirements, the setting of the necessary tracks and the analysis of the data collected.

**Job Description**:

- You will be responsible for leading an international project team of researchers, select the right colleagues for sub-projects and ensure the quality of the results
- You will be the main point of contact for all research related matters towards the client and for the other business leads within the project
- You will advise on the selection of the right research method and manage the colleagues responsible for the realization of the sub-projects
- You will be responsible for visualizing research results and presenting them to clients and colleagues across different business units and seniority levels
- You support the proper interpretation of results and the derivation of recommendations for action
- You are responsible for the selection and management of service providers (e.g., panel providers)
- You are responsible for the annual estimation of the required roles and efforts for the further course of the project and evaluate them on a quarterly basis
- You are responsible for the success and long-term expansion of the project

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s Degree in economics, psychology, social sciences or similar (PhD advantageous)
- 5+ years of experience in research and consulting
- Advanced understanding of various qualitative (e.g., interview, focus group) and quantitative research methods (e.g., surveys, conjoint analysis)
- Strong experience with quantitative data analysis in SPSS and/or R
- Strong experience with visualization of results in MS PowerPoint
- Experience in client management and cooperation in complex project teams
- Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills
- Strong team collaboration and organizational skills
- Experience in leading diverse project teams
