Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are looking for **Accounts Receivable Specialist** to be insert in our AFC department in Piombino Dese directly reporting to Administration Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Main task: perform day-to-day billing activities and make general ledger entries as required.
- Oversee a team of accounts receivable clerks.
- Streamline processes, identify areas of improvement and help support and/or implement processes to achieve.
- Support the implementation of policies and procedures related to billing, processing payments, credit management and other accounts receivable activities.
- Conduct credit checks and interface with sales organization to communicate credit decisions
- Manage credit limits and temporary blocks on sales transactions.
- Monitor timely collection of payments.

LI-DNI

**Qualifications**
- Education: Degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Good in English, written and spoken.
- Minimum of 2/3 years of experience working in an Accounts Receivable and/or Credit Management environment
- Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge of ERP LN Infor a plus
- Knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations as well as financial statement reading for the purposes of underwriting credit.
