Our Italian office has had a presence in Milan for more than 25 years, and we are looking for an Intern to join our friendly and dynamic team.

What does our Internship involve?

Securing an internship is an exciting adventure. We are looking for students in their last year or just completed university to join us for an initial period of 6months on a full day contract. If you’re eager for new challenges and you value diverse perspectives in a global environment, there’s a place for you at Franklin Templeton.

Our internships are designed to enhance your academic background by providing hands-on, relatable experience as you work on real projects with real impact. This internship will support both the Marketing and Sales departments.

During the internship you will learn from industry experts, company leaders, and peers to help you develop personally and professionally.

Example of projects and responsibilities include:
- Supporting the business development of current clients i.e., preparing presentations- Working on the content (leadership thoughts, insights): checking translations and supporting the leveraging trough different media- Assisting at internal/external events- Compliance rooting of presentations and marketing material

If you have the following skills and attributes, consider applying- Strong interest in the financial services industry- Ambition to connect with Global industry leaders and intern peers- Effective English and Italian verbal & written communication, and presentation skills- Solid analytical skills with an eye for detail- Self-directed and goal oriented- Ability to multi-task while meeting multiple deadlines- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite- Eagerness to learn and a desire to be a team player
