**RUOLO**

Per rafforzare l’area ICT Infrastructures, siamo alla ricerca della figura di **SAP BASIS ADMINISTRATOR** che avrà la responsabilità di **gestire gli ambienti SAP complessi lungo il loro intero ciclo di vita**.
In particolare, la persona si interfaccerà con i team aziendali di business solutions per definire le esigenze e tradurle in soluzioni architettoniche efficaci. Contribuirà quindi alla **progettazione**, all'**aggiornamento** e al **supporto di tutti i componenti degli ambienti SAP moderni e complessi**.

Sarà quindi sua responsabilità
- garantire il **funzionamento affidabile ed efficiente dei sistemi SAP** in un ambiente sicuro;
- lavorare come parte di un team e **mantenere un contatto quotidiano con i team SAP** per quanto riguarda l'avanzamento del lavoro;
- preparare una documentazione técnica completa e approfondita per sistemi complessi;
- assicurare un'adeguata risoluzione dei problemi e la loro gestione anche attraverso fornitori terzi;
- verificare il rispetto dei livelli di servizio contrattuali e intraprendere eventuali azioni correttive in un'ottica di miglioramento continuo del servizio;
- pianificare la manutenzione e il monitoraggio dei sistemi per garantirne il corretto funzionamento.

**REQUISITI**

Desideriamo entrare in contatto con persone che abbiano maturato **almeno** **2 anni** **di esperienza nel ruolo di SAP Basis Administrator** all'interno di società di consulenza o realtà finali.

Per ricoprire con successo questo ruolo è necessario avere **ottima conoscenza e padronanza dell'ambiente SAP **e** aver guidato importanti progettualità**.

Dato l'ambiente internazionale, è richiesta una** buona conoscenza della lingua inglese**.
