Am Machine Operator

Our client is seeking an AM machine operator based in Brescia, Italy. You will be working for a company in the Additive Manufacturing sector wanting to offer a versatile and responsible scope of duties to a talented individual looking to join their team. Our clients’ advancements have enabled them to revolutionise the industry further with exciting and innovative technology in the sector.

As an operator, your duties will include:

- You will be responsible for learning how to use the technology machines, following instructions and procedures, and operating them safely and efficiently but also monitoring print quality, and material levels, and identifying any errors or malfunctions.
- Preparing the printer for a new build by loading materials, configuring print settings based on design specifications, and ensuring the machine is calibrated for optimal printing
- Monitoring the production process, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and identifying any issues that arise.
- Performing basic quality checks on the products or materials produced by the machines.
- Furthermore, basic maintenance tasks on the technology and reporting any problems to maintenance personnel.
- Following safety protocols is paramount.

**Requirements**:

- Expertise with operating machines such as: CNC, Injection Molding or AM technology
- Previous professional experiences in a comparable position.
- Proficient in modern technology, good computer skills especially understanding of MS Office.
- A high degree of quality awareness, independence, and initiative
- Based in Italy and willing to relocate to Brescia region.
- Fluent in Italian language is a must, some level of English understanding is also ideal
