Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. As a Document Controller, you will manage and control organizational documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and smooth transition for customers. Requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and adaptability.

As a Project Document Controller, you will be responsible for:

- Implementing and maintain an efficient document control system for managing company documents.
- Developing and enforcing documentation processes and procedures for consistency and compliance.
- Managing the document management system (Unifier) and handle upgrades and bug resolution.
- Maintaining and updating the electronic document management system (Unifier) with accurate information.
- Interfacing with customers' Document Controllers, align lists, and produce reports to track document exchange.
- Facilitating document distribution, ensuring version control and confidentiality, and perform quality checks and audits.
- Providing training and support on document control processes, support audits, and propose process improvements.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a bachelor's in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Have proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role, in a regulated industry would be.
- Have an excellent understanding of document control processes, systems, and best practices.
- Have proficiency in using electronic document management systems and other document control tools.
- Have advanced expertise in Office 365 tools (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
- Have excellent organizational and time management skills, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Be proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Have the ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Have high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
