Role scope

The Global Ramazzotti Intern is a wide role between Marketing & Business Development with a strong focus on Innovation and all aspects related to it (Legal, P&L, Finance, Procurement and Brand Marketing including digital). Within the Ramazzotti Team, the intern will be a driver and support with the development and implementation of the global strategy, marketing plans, innovation pipeline for Ramazzotti globally. On top of this, they will also assist the Global Head of Ramazzotti on top markets business development, with a strong focus on Germany and South America (Chile, Argentina, Brazil) and the United States, as well as business expansion in strategic value area (China, Nigeria, South Africa). The person will coordinate the Canelli distillery for all aspetcs related to operations, product development and quality needs.

Main activities
- Proactively participating in the definition and execution of integrated marketing plans, in order to support the brand profitability in strategic markets and in its communication and activation projects.
- Supporting the daily relationship and communication with markets.
- Supporting the daily relationship with the distillery for operations such as code creations, product shipments, dry and wet goods procurement supply chain,)
- Supporting in the definition and implementation of the strategic plan for Ramazzotti, according to corporate objectives, and managing all the relevant marketing tools and levers (e.g.: upload content on internal global website, update presentations with global marketing platforms,)
- Participating in the management of the budget, together with the Head.
- Defining and implementing all the ATL and BTL activities (i.e. online, media, PR, digital, BTL etc.) for the Italian market and support to international market when required (key visuals development, social media posts content, website updates, POSM development).
- Sell-in and sell-out monitoring and reporting (via global tools) to define actions based on most relevant insights.
- Autonomously managing relations with several external stakeholders (i.e. markets marketing specialists, partners, licensors, design agencies, website developers, PR agencies, events, etc.)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Business Management studies background with general knowledge about business administration, marketing, accounting and finance, business analysis, commercial law, operations matters;
- English: fluent (written & spoken);
- Perfect knowledge of Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel);
- Agility, ability to work with ambiguity, to think intuitively about consumers, and to offer innovative solutions, being resilient to the changing market-place dynamics;
- Out of the box thinking;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent communication, influencing skills, analytical skills with a creative mindset and a structured work organization;
- Team player skills: determination, willingness to learn and proactivity.

Nice to have:

- Innovation Management / Project Management specialization;
- International experience and/or background (study or work);
- Any other language will be considered a plus, especially German or Spanish.
