**Job Summary**:
Tetra Pak is developing and delivering E2E connected solutions in the Food & Beverage industry, we are looking for a talented **Lead UX Designer** for A&D Systems & Integration Team.

In this position you can be based either in **Modena **(Italy) or in **Lund **(Sweden), no relocation is needed.

**What you will do**:
In this role, you will make an impact by
- Design intuitive products’ interfaces, aimed at maximizing the user experience with Tetra Pak Automation & Digital products
- Plan and conducts user research to capture customers’ needs, clarify product requirements with internal key stakeholders (e.g. Product Managers, Key account team), and translate them into user-friendly product interfaces
- Organize and execute concepts ideation sessions through dedicated workshops
- Work closely with the Development Team to provide product design indications and to ensure that products meet technical constraints
- Interact with UI Architects (System Architects) to define the interface architecture for the digital products
- Is responsible for creating wireframes and prototypes, and for conducting usability tests before their implementation in order to gather feedback and evaluate their success potentiality
- Define and contribute to set a strategy and a WOW in the UX A&D area
- Lead and work closely with external suppliers and partners design teams to create products and solutions, and define a WoW and acceptance criteria for successful product design

**We believe you have**:
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have:

- 5 to 10 years of experience in working with User Experience design in the Digital/SW area, and/or in Industrial contexts (as a plus)
- Background in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Communication Sciences
- University Master degree education will be considered a plus
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, is a must.

**BUSINESS**
- Understand business implications of product’s design
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills

**TECHNICAL**
- Knowledge and proven skills in UX/UI design principles, user interface design, interaction design,
- Experience in UX project lead
- Experience in wireframing and prototyping and related tools (Figma preferred choice)
- Experience with Design Thinking approach and User Research methodologies
- Experience with User-centered product design
