**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a Head of WW Retail Operations as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
- How you will contribute?_

MANAGEMENT
- Lead a global team responsible for overseeing Retail Operations across the entire brand's retail network.
- Act as the preferred point of contact for Country Retail Operations Managers to align on priorities, future initiatives, or areas of attention.
- Facilitate escalation or internal communication with HQ counterparts.
- Represent Retail needs and requirements on internal cross-stream projects or Kering-led initiatives.

STORE OPERABILITY OPTIMIZATION
- Optimize both new and existing store operations by collaborating closely with regional teams, WW Architecture, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and VM teams.
- Empower regional and store teams to drive continuous improvements in store performance. fostering a culture of accountability among teams.
- Strategically analyse store performance metrics. Implement data-driven initiatives to maximize store profitability, operability, and efficiency
- Maintain global brand consistency by overseeing the development and implementation of brand standards, guidelines, and policies.
- Promote front and back of house excellence, improving client experience, flows and efficiencies
- Ensure stores maintain adequate and healthy stock capacities and levels to avoid flows disruptions.
- Support new store projects' openings, working closely with regional teams, store architecture, and local retail operations to ensure consistent processes and successful openings.

DEVELOPMENT & MAINTENANCE OF RETAIL SERVICES
- Develop and introduce new services to improve the client experience in stores, including initiatives such as Certificate of Craft, hospitality, and After sales.
- Lead the development of the next phases of the Certificate of Craft project.
- Lead all After Sales initiatives from a business perspective, with a focus on providing excellent service to clients and ensuring smooth execution in stores, including AS tools and systems.
- Manage non-merchandise items such as packaging, uniforms, stationery, and retail tools from brief to store implementation, reinforcing brand consistency.

SYSTEMS AND OMNICHANNEL
- Oversee store systems and tools, including planning, training, adoption strategies, and rollouts, to streamline operations. Key projects include New POS, RFID, and the store handbook.
- Collaborate with E-commerce and regional teams to promote an omnichannel mindset and maximize performance.
- Oversee the development and roll-out of the New POS project at the WW level.
- Oversee the continuous development and adoption of the store handbook at the WW level.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date store data in our store database, ensuring successful propagation to all search engines and store locators.

CUSTOMER CARE
- Direct the global Customer care department
- Maintain a high level of service across the six regional hubs collaborating with internal and Kering signatures teams
- Continually introduce proactive clientelling activities to maximize sales opportunities in collaboration with Retail, Ecom and Client Engagement teams.
- Who you are?_
- At least 10-15 years of Retail Operations experience. Expert in Retail
- Master’s degree
- Fluent in English, and knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a solution-focused approach
- Availability for frequent business trips
- Interest and motivation to work in a creative and dynamic environment
