Lean Manager

**ITC SRL, a company part of Belden Inc Group, leader in the design and manufacturing of insulated wire, cable and related products is hiring a Lean Manager**

**You will make an impact in the following way**:

- In this position you directly will report to the plant manager and you will supervise, coordinate and improve the LEAN activities for a factory of 49 Employees.
- Promote the Lean Enterprise initiative on-site, with the support of corporate Lean.
- Work with the operators leading kaizen events to support improvements in factory KPIs such as cycle time, inventory, labor hours or scrap.
- Implement and sustain basic Lean tools, like Lean Daily Management boards, 5S or Standard Work.
- Train operators in basic Lean tools and concepts.

In this role you will have multiple opportunities for learning and improving your Lean skills and knowledge. This role, if successfully fulfilled, will allow you promoting to operations manager.

**What you will bring**:

- 3+ years of proven experience working with Lean manufacturing in operations.
- You have hands-on experience as a change agent.
- Good skills in coaching and communicating. Strong facilitation skills and working knowledge of the kaizen cycle.
- Leading small groups is your second nature, and you’re able to influence people.
- Perseverant, as you will have to manage resistance to change.
- Engineer degree or similar.
- Good knowledge of Lean tools and Problem-Solving tools. Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.

**-Fluent English is a must.**
