Job description:
1. Responsible for daily bookkeeping and accounting work;
2. Check supplier invoices and communicate with suppliers on a billing issue;
3. Responsible for providing tax declaration materials and monitoring the tax declaration status of outsourcing firm;
4. Prepare sales invoices and sort out the invoices for monthly claim;
5.Answer billing issues inquiries from the HQ, track and solve external billing issues.
6.Implement and improve company HR systems and plans
7.Maintain employee information and HR process management
8.Responsible for employee attendance and payroll calculation
9.Responsible for company recruitment related activities
10.Responsible for employment contract and employee relations management
11.Maintain open communication channels with headquarters and related departments
Job requirements:
1 Bachelor’s degree required (Major in Finance, Business, HR, Management, etc.);
2 At least 1-2 years relevant working experience;
3 Fluent in Italian and English is a must, Chinese is considered a plus;
4 Proficiency with SAP preferred.
