Medtronic is hiring a Technical Consultant for an open position within the CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) line of business with responsibility on the whole Lombardy territory. In the role, you will have a crucial impact on our patients by providing key technical expertise to cardiologists, sales representatives, sales and marketing functions mainly supporting implant and follow up procedures and throughout presentations and demonstrations of company products like pacemakers and implantable defibrillators.

As a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff, you will be responsible for customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations, both on-site, and at the clients’ site in the whole Lombardy. You will be part of a team, with a home based role, under a permanent contract.

**A Day in the Life**
- Providing technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions and customers.
- Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products.
- Providing sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products.
- Delivering technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.
- Conducting on-site education and consulting, and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.
- Acting as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

**Must Haves**
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in bioengineering.
- Communication, collaboration skills.
- Availability to travel within the Lombardy territory and whenever needed in the whole Italian territory.
- Knowledge of written and spoken English (at least level B2)
- Problem Solving: ability to deal with the problem from multiple points of view, helping the doctor to find the best solutions to technical problems.
- Impact on communication with the doctor
- Team oriented
- Based within the Lombardy territory

**Nice to Have**
- A previous experience within a healthcare environment.
