Your first assignment will be in Human Resources -Labor Relations Operations, our department in charge of:
Providing support to other HR areas on the following activities:
recruitment|placement|staffing initiatives, employees relations, compensation and benefit administration training initiatives, workforce planning Investigating and proposing resolution of day-to-day employee relations issues. Overseeing and assisting in screening, testing and hiring of employees. Investigating and proposing resolution to Quality non-conformances events. Investigating and timely responding to unemployment claims. Compiling, storing, or retrieving worker related information, such as medical, insurance, pension, and savings plans. Explaining to workers company and governmental rules, regulations and procedures needed for compliance. Requirements:
Master Degree in:
Human Resources, Economy, Law Maximum age 28 years Good knowledge of the English language Professional experience not exceeding two years Proactivity Flexibility
