Our Genoa headquarter is strictly inter-connected with our 11 centres around Italy and two outer-stations based in the US for a truly interdisciplinary experience.

**YOUR TEAM**
- You’d be working in a group where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to carry out the research activities of the Foundation.
- The Administrative Directorate is coordinated by Andrea Caporali.
- Within the team, your main responsibilities will be:

- Invoice management and recording, including related compliance.
- Assisting in the preparation of tax declarations and management of regulatory compliance.
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Studies in Economics, Administrative topics or Accounting ;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Familiarity with the main IT software packages, including Word and Excel;
- A cooperative approach with the stakeholders;
- Accuracy and good analytical skills;
**ADDITIONAL SKILLS**
- A University Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or a similar discipline
- 1 or 2 years of previous experience in accounting or administrative field;
- Knowledge of ERP software;
- Good communication skills;
- Strong problem solving attitude;
- High motivation to learn;
- Good in time and priority management;
- Ability to work in a challenging and international environment;
