Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?

We are looking for a **Key Account **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Marketing Director **and functionally to** **the** Coordination of Brand Extension.**

You will be responsible to be the point of contact for a specific list of categories of brand luxury partnership and licensing (with focus on digital goods, web3 products, videogame, gaming accessories ect). On top, you will have the responsibility of Lamborghini e-sports activities.

Your main activities will be:
**Technical analysis on potential and existing licensees and partners**
- technical analysis and business case preparation
- partnership “package” definition and partnership agreements
- market analysis, research and insights into new partner categories for Company Brand strategic positioning
- coordinating the related marketing and communication activities
- reporting and accounting

**Operative management of licensees and partners**
- giving guidelines, instructions and approvals to licensees about product packaging and samples requests
- negotiating the contractual terms, licensing and partnership agreements
- scouting new partners, develop the current ones and coordinate scouting agencies
- managing and monitoring the licensing and partnership budget
- liaising with legal services for brand protection and anti-counterfeit activities

**Related to e-sport activities**
- Management of the Lamborghini e-sports platform in coordination with different departments
- Responsible for research, management and coordination of partnerships to generate revenue streams for the e-sports division and the company

**About you**
- University Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2-3 years in Videogame industry or licensing in general
- Competence in Business case preparation
- Licensing business understanding
- Knowledge of market research and project management
- Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus
