Role purpose:
Accountable for the product vision definition and the product lifecycle management. This includes product performance management, maintaining high quality product collateral, sales and training materials, product marketing and PR activities, product innovation and rationalisation; Manage and supervise the allocation of the budget and ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met; Create and own market requirements specifications and business cases for the products. Responsible for taking services through the Group and Italian Gating process; Working closely and liaising with key stakeholders in Vodafone Italy (Segment GTM Marketingand other Product Marketing squads, Solution/Pre-Sales and Sales/KAM, Privacy & Legal, IT Technology), Vodafone Group and external parties including Clients and Business Partners; Build and manage partner ecosystem and agreements Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Product Manager in building products for Enterprise clients and marketing them to end-users; Technical background, with experience in the Digital and Advanced Analytics services. Knowledge of business needs and experience in defining strategies and action plans within specific industries such as Retail, Media/advertising, finance/banking or insurance can be a plus; Knowledge of process design and re-design methodologies, approaches and tools. Previous experience with UX and UI team is a plus; Past project management experiences with autonomy in delivering the project and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Knowledge and adoption of agile methodology is a plus; Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical results to non-technical audiences Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Studies:

- Master’s Degree in quantitative fields like Computer Science and Information Engineering or Marketing and Business Strategy fields like Business Management, Strategy or Management Engineering - Fluent English, both written and spoken.
