FDM Business Services, azienda del Gruppo Kauri, leader nell’erogazione di servizi in ambito documentale e BPO, ricerca un **Project Manager e Presales Consultant.**

Cerchiamo una figura che, nell’ambito della Direzione Sviluppo Offerta, possa supportare le Direzioni aziendali nello svolgimento delle seguenti attività:

- Avvio, pianificazione, svolgimento e controllo del progetto fino alla sua chiusura con coordinamento del team interfunzionale di progetto.
- Gestione técnica del cliente, produzione della documentazione técnica e funzionale di progetto, verso il cliente e verso le strutture aziendali che si occupano di erogare le attività.
- Esecuzione periodica del processo di controllo di commessa, riportando alle Direzioni aziendali lo stato di avanzamento dei lavori e le stime di conclusione, anticipando eventuali esigenze di interventi particolari o di revisioni.
- Analisi delle nuove esigenze espresse da clienti e prospect nel corso dell’attività di vendita e/o in occasione di gare e stesura della documentazione técnica ed economica per la proposta di Servizio e predisposizione del materiale necessario a Demo, presentazioni, preventivi per i clienti.
- identificare le nuove opportunità di business su potenziali nuovi clienti e su clienti in essere, finalizzate alla vendita dei servizi di FDM ed individuare i bisogni specifici dei diversi clienti/stakeholder, al fine di veicolare efficacemente la value proposition legata ai servizi della società

Requisiti fondamentali:

- Laurea in discipline tecniche
- Spirito di iniziativa, curiosità, entusiasmo e determinazione
- Capacità logiche, analitiche, organizzative e relazionali
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Dimestichezza nel ruolo di Project Manager e Presales
- Conoscenza tecniche di Project Management
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza pregressa

Saranno considerati titoli preferenziali precedenti esperienze professionali come PM o Presales in aziende di Servizi di Gestione documentale e/o backoffice, in società di consulenza o nel contesto Finance (Banca/assicurazione/Società di credito).

Sede di lavoro Milano, in alternanza 3 gg di presenza e 2 gg di modalità lavorativa agile.

Il contratto previsto è a tempo indeterminato, la retribuzione segue quanto previsto dal CCNL COMMERCIO E SERVIZI, ed è commisurata al livello di esperienza maturata.
