**IL PROGETTO**

La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del team di H-FARM College con l’obiettivo di migliorare i processi tramite implementazioni di software e individuare tutte le possibili aree di ottimizzazione delle Operations.

**IL RUOLO**

La risorsa affiancherà il team per le seguenti attività:
Analisi dei requisiti con gli stakeholder di progetto
Redazione della documentazione di progetto come Project charter e pianificazione delle attività.
Individuazione di potenziali fornitori e screening di potenziali soluzioni sul mercato
Monitoraggio delle attività di progetto per assicurare rispetto di tempistiche e costi
Gestione e coinvolgimento degli stakeholder di progetto per assicurare che l’output rispetti i requisiti iniziali
Supporto all’attività di handover e chiusura del progetto
Implementazione e gestione del software Zoho CRM

Capacità di gestire più progetti in parallelo con attenzione ai dettagli.

Capacità di analisi sia qualitativa che quantitativa
Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese
Conoscenze base di un linguaggio di programmazione o scripting
