Tenuta Adamo Winery is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Wine Cellar Tour Guide to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing captivating tours of our wine cellar, engaging with guests, and showcasing our exceptional wines. Your passion for wine, excellent communication skills, and ability to create memorable experiences will contribute to the overall success of our winery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and informative tours of our wine cellar, providing guests with a memorable experience.
- Pour wine tastings for guests during the tour, sharing insights and stories about the winemaking process and the unique characteristics of our wines.
- Bond with guests, answering questions about the winery, our wines, and show interest in them as well.
- Update the front desk and kitchen staff promptly when guests place orders for food or additional wine purchases.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the patio and wine cellar, including sweeping, arranging tables and chairs, and maintaining cleanliness in the bathroom area.
- Ensure a smooth flow of tours and manage timing to accommodate the needs of other departments and guests.
- Collaborate with the front desk and kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the tour experience.
- Continuously update your knowledge of the winery's wines, production methods, and special offerings.
- Adhere to all safety and security guidelines, promoting a safe environment for guests and staff.

**Requirements**:

- **FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND ITALIAN** our customer base is mostly english speaking
- Previous experience in the wine industry, preferably as a wine tour guide or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of wines, winemaking processes, and wine regions.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and captivate a diverse audience.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the winery with poise and confidence.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
