**Posizione**:
Digital Diversity Week supports Jil Sander in its search for profiles belonging to the Protected Categories (L.68/99) to be placed as Junior Customer Experience Specialist.

Main responsibilities:

- Contribute to spread the CRM culture within the Company
- Support in the development of the Customer Experience projects (clienteling app, retail activations, gifting strategy, etc.)
- Follow up on clienteling activities that aim at recruiting new clients and strengthening the relationship with the loyal ones - CRM KPIs analysis to drive business actions based on customer insights
- Support Store Staff by sharing and consolidating CRM best practices across the Global Retail Network
- Sustain Training Content Creations with presentations and video projects - Help Training Delivery monitoring and assessment with the creation of questionnaires and tests - Deliver Training when needed to local head office and store staff

**Requisiti**:

- Belonging to the Protected Categories L.68/99
- University Master Degree (preferably Economics)
- At least one year in a similar role (preferably in the Luxury environment)
- High-fashion sensitivity: products and branding trends awareness
- Analytical skills with an ability to clearly translate results into actionable insights
- Microsoft Office Suite (Proficient in Excel and Power Point)
- Previous knowledge of PowerBI and Salesforce are appreciated
- Dedication, proactivity, high attention to detail and time management skills
- Creative thinking, problem solving skills with a «Make things happen» approach
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
