**LPR Management Consulting s.r.l**. è una piccola società di consulenza di direzione iscritta all'albo dei revisori legali ed offre da oltre 20 anni nel settore degli **Intermediari Finanziari (**Banche, SGR, SIM, Società ex 106 (TUB), Compagnie di Assicurazioni) i servizi di: _**Internal Auditing, Compliance**_**, **_**AML**_ **e Consulenza normativa e **_**Governance**_ **sui sistemi di controllo interno e valutazione dei rischi.**

**Ricerca una risorsa destinata alle seguenti attività**:

- Eseguire gli interventi normativi di: _Internal Audit, Compliance _e _AML_ su aree e processi degli Intermediari in conformità con i piani _risk-based;_
- Pianificare e svolgere _test_ nell’ambito di audit finanziari, operativi e di conformità;
- Individuare l’applicazione e/o violazioni della regolamentazione e delle procedure aziendali e proporre suggerimenti di miglioramento e rimozione delle criticità;
- Verificare la completezza, l’adeguatezza, l’affidabilità, la funzionalità in termini di efficacia ed efficienza del Sistema dei Controlli Interni;
- Interagire con i Clienti e fornire supporto consulenziale in materia regolamentare e settoriale;
- Predisporre i Report di Verifica.
- Laurea magistrale in giusrisprudenza
- capacità di pianificare, programmare ed eseguire audit di Compliance (regolamenti Consob, Banca d'Italia, Borsa, IVASS)
- conoscenza normativa di settore
- 2 o 3 anni di esperienza nel settore Compliance/Internal Audit di aziende finanziarie o assicurative

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato, Tempo pieno

Stipendio: Fino a €40.000,00 all'anno
