For our client, company specialist in on-line commerce, we are looking for

**Purchasing Coordinator**

Mission of the position

The resource will have to coordinate, in collaboration with the property and a dedicated team of 7 resources, the selection, qualification and availability of products from Italian and European producers, in accordance with the standards, time and cost established. He will also have to support the logistic management, from the shipping phase to the warehouse optimization in the various destinations.

Finally, he/she will have to support the property in defining the purchasing, in order to achieve the economic and quality objectives defined with the property.

Main responsibilities and areas of expertise:

- Coordination and execution of all activities of research and selection of new suppliers;
- Participation in the qualification, evaluation and management of suppliers, in collaboration with Technical and Sales management, in accordance with the procedures and responsibilities assigned by the quality system;
- Responsibility for commercial negotiations with product suppliers;
- Responsible for the correct entry of master data regarding suppliers and prices, for issuance of Purchase Orders for new products and/or suppliers;
- Participation in the drafting of the acquired budget and area reporting;
- Participation in the organization and optimization of logístical processes of products;
- Participation in managing, supervising and coordinating the activities of the buyer team;
- Collaboration with all company functions for the harmonization and homogenization, where necessary, of activities.

Previous experience and personal characteristics:

- Degree in economics or technical-scientific disciplines (Economics or Engineering);
- Experience in Procurement processes for direct materials in Commerce and/or E-Commerce;
- Experience in developing medium to long term relationships with suppliers;
- Relational and negotiation skills, problem solving, initiative, concreteness, organizational skills;
- Proven ability to manage and organize a team;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
