We are currently seeking a HR Intern who will report to the HR Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
- Your opportunity_

You will have a fantastic opportunity to join as an HR Intern to support the HR Manager, our Boutiques and Managers in EMEA & Milan office with a wide range of people matters. You will deal with recruiting and developing talents, focusing on people quality enhancement, projects as change management, internal mobility, employer branding, climate analysis.
- How you will contribute_
- Support in onboarding programs for the new employees and related activities (badge deliver, card order, IT devices etc.)
- System Workday maintenance (hirings; terminations; promotions; organization updates)
- Invoices management (collect signatures and submission to Finance)
- Archive employees’ documents
- Support in counselling to managers and employees
- Supporting organizational and culture change initiatives
- Support in employee relations issues
- Support in implementing, co-designing, and monitoring of HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Support in time attendance management for EMEA boutiques
- Who you are_
- Previous experience in a similar position in the Retail/Luxury will be a plus
- Master’s degree in HR management, organizational management or similar will be a plus
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Strong computer skills, highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Good knowledge of high-end fashion field will be a plus
- Strong interpersonal communication and communication skills
- Flexible to work in a multicultural context
- A proactive and positive individual

- Able to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously
