Milano e provinciaIl nostro cliente è una realtà innovativa internazionale specializzata nella realizzazione e vendita online (b2b e b2c) di prodotti cosmetici professionali e stiamo collaborando nella selezione di un E-COMMERCE DIRECTOR responsabile del mercato globale.
Come E-COMMERCE DIRECTOR riporterai al CEO e avrai piena responsabilità della gestione e sviluppo delle vendite online sui mercati internazionali (in particolare Europa e Nord America).In particolare avrai le seguenti responsabilità:
Definire la strategia media, pianificare il budget e ottimizzare le campagne di performance marketing, con particolare focus sulle attività di customer acquisition (paid media + attività organiche) ed engagement;Analizzare le principali metriche tramite tool di web analytics;Definire la strategia commerciale degli store on-line, svolgere analisi sulle principali metriche e-commerce (ROI, CLTV, CAC, ecc.) e individuare azioni conseguenti finalizzate ad incrementare i risultati di fatturato e la marginalità;Gestire i contenuti e il merchandising sui portalie ottimizzare la User Experience;Elaborare iniziative finalizzate ad aumentare loyalty e retention dei clienti;Gestire i partner esterni (agenzie, sviluppatori, partner tecnologici e logistici, ecc.);Consolidare la struttura e-commerce e far crescere il team a supporto.Requisiti:
Laurea con indirizzo economico, marketing, comunicazione o cultura equivalente;
Esperienza di almeno 7 anni in ruoli focalizzati sulla gestione a 360° del canale di vendita online di prodotti;
Esperienza nella gestione di online store internazionali;
Esperienza nella gestione di budget media e nell'implementazione di strategie finalizzate ad ottimizzare le performance di acquisizione e conversione sugli store;
Solida conoscenza di tool di web analytics e capacità di interpretare le principali metriche e prendere decisioni di conseguenza;
Approccio analitico e familiarità con la gestione e interpretazione di corposi set di dati;
Esperienza nella gestione di partner esterni;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese.
