Dispensa Emilia nasce nel 2004 a Modena, nel cuore della food valley, con l’obiettivo di coniugare il piacere della buona tavola Emiliana con un servizio attento e veloce.

La nostra offerta ha come protagonisti tigelle, gnocco fritto, primi piatti della tradizione e golose insalate arricchite con prodotti tipici del territorio: il tutto rigorosamente preparato e cucinato al momento per garantire ai nostri ospiti la massima esperienza di gusto, in un’atmosfera resa calda ed accogliente grazie alla professionalità delle persone del Nostro Team che giorno dopo giorno portano avanti i Valori dell’Azienda : VIVACITA’, SEMPLICITA' e FRANCHEZZA.

I Nostri Ristoranti sono oggi dislocati tra Emilia Romagna, Veneto, Lombardia, Toscana, Piemonte e abbiamo un importante piano di sviluppo che porterà nuove aperture nel corso dei prossimi mesi.

Per i ristoranti di Modena, Dispensa Emilia ricerca Supervisori di Turno.

Cosa farai?

Lavorando con noi sarai impegnato all'interno del locale a 360°: i nostri Supervisori infatti sono coinvolti nel coordinamento del team in cucina, in sala e nelle operazioni di cassa. L'inserimento prevede un periodo di formazione retribuito durante il quale sarai affiancato totalmente da un tutor senior grazie al quale ti sarà data la possibilità di confrontarti e fare esperienza con tutte le attività previste dal ruolo.

Il ristorante sarà aperto dal Lunedì alla Domenica e la settimana lavorativa prevede 36 ore settimanali, con un giorno di riposo infrasettimanale.

È fondamentale che siano motivate a mettersi in gioco e ad imparare ed applicare le procedure che garantiscono il successo dei nostri punti vendita.
