**Project Manager Meetings & Events, Sports, BCD Meetings & Events Italy**
- Fulltime, located in Florence area (Remote in Italy)_
**Temporary role for maternity leave replacement**
The Project Manager, Sports owns and manages client relationships and manage accommodation, travel and transfers arrangements as per client request.
- Hotel contracting;
- Air and rail ticketing, individual and group;
- Individual and group hotel stays;
- Catering services (coffee breaks, business lunches, dinners) both in hotel and outside
- Individual and group transfers;
- Management of charter flight services;
- Support in managing paperwork for obtaining visas;
**Skills**:
- You have several years of professional experience with organizing meetings and events.
- Confident handling of Microsoft-Office products
- Service orientation and aplomb in dealing directly with people.
- Team orientation, communication and cooperation skills, confident and friendly demeanor.
- Process-oriented, proactive & solution-oriented working style.
- Precise work and high-quality standards.
- Commitment, flexibility and willingness to learn in all areas.
- Aptitude for teamwork,
- Good knowledge of the gds AMADEUS booking system
- Availability to make business trip if necessary in occasion of events and project relates to the client followed.
- Good English knowledge,
- Good spirit of initiative and reliability
- Good relationship skills
