ENNOVIA s.r.l. è una società estremamente attiva nel settore dell’efficienza energetica e delle energie rinnovabili.

La nostra missione è svolgere un ruolo da protagonista nella _transizione energetica_, favorendo, con **contratti chiavi in mano** o con **contratti servizio energia plus**, l’elettrificazione dei consumi attraverso l’installazione di pompe di calore alimentate prevalentemente da fonte geotermica, così da azzerare l’utilizzo di combustibili fossili e al contempo incrementare l’indipendenza energetica dei nostri Clienti (Condomini, Terziario, Industria).

Per il potenziamento del nostro Team ricerchiamo un **Junior Technical Project Manager **fortemente motivato a contribuire al raggiungimento di importanti obiettivi.

**Job description**:

- Gestione del contratto con il cliente
- Sviluppo progettazione di base ed esecutiva (supervisione e gestione degli studi esterni)
- Monitoraggio budget e programma lavori
- Negoziazione con fornitori e subappaltatori
- Supervisione del cantiere
- Gestione degli aspetti inerenti la sicurezza
- Partecipazione attiva alle fasi di collaudo
- Gestione della fase di manutenzione e di conduzione impianti

**Profilo ricercato**:

- Laurea in ingegneria meccanica, elettrica o energetica con buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici
- Si richiede conoscenza di impiantistica e della normativa vigente in termini di costruzione impianti - costituisce titolo preferenziale l’aver maturato un’esperienza di almeno 1 anno
- Spiccate abilità di team working e problem solving, capacità di innovare e flessibilità di pensiero, skills relazionali e decisionali
- È richiesta la piena padronanza della lingua italiana, sia parlata che scritta, e la conoscenza della lingua inglese

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Retribuzione: €20.000,00 - €35.000,00 all'anno
