Erqole è l'espressione italiana della holding svedese Qarlbo AB, fondata dalla famiglia dell’imprenditore svedese Conni Jonsson. Dal 2022, siamo impegnati in un programma di riqualificazione di asset dismessi al fine di convertirli in strutture alberghiere segmento lusso. La Roqqa Hotel e Isolotto Beach Club, rappresentano le prime due aperture all’Argentario. Abbiamo avviato un programma per rilanciare l'Argentario, concentrandoci sullo sviluppo locale e la valorizzazione del territorio. In quest’ottica, lo scorso anno è stato acquisito l’hotel Torre di Cala Piccola, mentre tra i progetti di riqualificazione in Itinere ricordiamo l’Ex-fabbrica della Cirio e la Capitana.

**Posizione**:
**"JOIN OUR COMMUNITY": stiamo cercando un Interior Design Manager che riporterà all’Asset Manager**

**e si occuperà di**:

- Sviluppare concetti di design iniziali che siano funzionali, esteticamente piacevoli e in linea con il budget, inclusa la pianificazione degli spazi e la scelta dei colori
- Creare disegni dettagliati e modelli 3D utilizzando software di progettazione assistita per visualizzare i piani di design (rendering)
- Selezionare e specificare arredi, infissi, attrezzature e materiali, coordinandosi con fornitori e venditori per l'approvvigionamento
- Supervisionare le tempistiche dei progetti e coordinarsi con appaltatori, architetti e altri professionisti per garantire che gli elementi di design siano eseguiti accuratamente e nei tempi previsti
- Condurre visite in loco per monitorare l'avanzamento dei progetti, assicurandosi che la costruzione e l'installazione siano conformi alle specifiche di design
- Preparare e gestire i budget per i progetti di interior design, inclusi stime per le ore di progettazione, arredi e materiali
- Fornire consulenza esperta su codici edilizi, regolamenti e standard di accessibilità per garantire la conformità nei progetti di design
- Supportare il Creative Director per sviluppare interior concept innovativi;
- Monitorare le tendenze del mercato e le innovazioni nel design d'interni, integrandole nei progetti;
- Garantire la qualità e la coerenza del design, mantenendo standard elevati;
- Gestire le relazioni con fornitori e appaltatori per garantire l’adeguata realizzazione dei prototipi e della produzione di serie

- Conoscenza Professional della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
- La padronanza di software come AutoCAD, Revit e SketchUp
- Capacità di pianificare e organizzare gli spazi in modo funzionale ed estetico
- Competenze nello sviluppo di concetti di design che siano innovativi e in linea con le esigenze aziendali
- Abilità nella creazione di render 3D e visualizzazioni
- Capacità di realizzare progetti esecutivi per la creazione di arredi personalizzati da trasferire ai produttori
- Capacità di gestire tutte le fasi di un progetto, dalla concezione alla realizzazione, inclusa la gestione dei tempi e dei budget
- Comprensione approfondita dei vari materiali, finiture e arredi disponibili sul mercato e come utilizzarli al meglio nei progetti
