**Your mission**:

- Provide technical training to Hemro partners in South Europe
- Address customer concerns and quality claims
- Communicate closely with factories' quality, production
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation
- Gather market insights for innovation and benchmarking
- Conduct product field tests in collaboration with R&D
- Serve as the primary contact for sales and marketing for technical content
- Drive operational excellence in the assigned areas

- Reporting to the Global Head of PM Branded Business and the Head of Sales EMEA

**Your profile**:

- Handling the customer complaint process
- Demonstrate and present products in various environments such as events, exhibitions or offices
- Overseeing internal and external product documentation
- 3 years of Product Management experience in a manufacturer, distributor, or related field **or** **3 years of experience in the coffee industry (e.g., roaster, café manager, wholesale or operations manager for roasted or green coffee)
