In qualità di Assistant Store Manager in Levi Strauss & Co. avrete l'opportunità di lavorare in un ambiente in cui si esaltano il cambiamento e le idee. Rappresenterete l'immagine e i valori del marchio, collaborando con lo Store Manager per gestire efficacemente le attività del negozio.
Elementi chiave del ruolo:
- Supportare lo Store Manager nella gestione degli ICP e nell'implementazione delle opportunità di profitto
- Prevedere obiettivi di vendita giornalieri e settimanali per lo store staff per migliorare le prestazioni del negozio
- Monitorare gli ICP e le prestazioni del team, realizzando dei report e confrontandosi con lo Store Manager sui piani d'azione
- Controllare i costi e le attività del negozio, come la gestione delle scorte, il costo del personale, l'amministrazione e la rotazione dei prodotti
- Ispirare, motivare e far crescere il team attraverso la formazione, il coaching e la conoscenza del prodotto
- Assumere la responsabilità del negozio in assenza dello Store Manager
- Garantire elevati standard visivi in tutto il negozio
- E’ appassionato del marchio e dei nostri valori
- Possiede solide competenze nel servizio al cliente ed esperienza nella direzione e nello sviluppo di un team
- Ha maturato esperienze lavorative volte al raggiungimento degli ICP e degli obiettivi di vendita in un ambiente retail in rapida crescita
- Ha maturato una precedente esperienza nella gestione delle attività di magazzino, delle giacenze e dei compiti amministrativi
- Possiede ottime capacità di leadership per motivare il team a superare gli ICP
