We are currently increasing our team within the Danieli Hydraulics area. Job Title: Project Manager Work location: Buttrio (HQ)

**Responsibilities**:

- He is responsible for managing the project from the acquisition until the end of the guarantee period of the system, both as regards the contractual aspects and the technical part;
- Defines the project Work Breakdown Structure, assigns the activities and related completion times to the Project Team resources;
- Regularly interfaces with the Project Team to monitor the progress of activities, cash flow, the economic result of the project and the quality of the product. Develops with the project team any strategies and corrective actions to be implemented in the event of deviations from the targets;
- He is the Customer's contact person in the Company and represents the Company towards the Customer during all phases of project development, and is responsible for ensuring Customer Satisfaction. Interfaces regularly with the client (face-to-face meetings, video conferences, etc.) to share and evaluate the progress of the project, analyze any critical issues and define how to manage them;
- Deals with the preparation of project reports to be shared with both the Client and the Company's Top Management;
**Technical Requirements**:

- Degree in Management or Mechanical Engineering or similar;
- Knowledge of the basic principles of Project Management (Work Breakdown Structure, Times/Costs/Quality, Project Life Cycle, Risk Management, Lessons Learned, etc.);
- Software: good knowledge of the Office package; knowledge of Microsoft Project/Primavera, Share Point and Power BI will be considered preferential;
- Languages: English and Italian; knowledge of other languages will be considered as an advantage.

- Excellent listening and analytical skills;
- Predisposition for teamwork in an international context;
- Good negotiation and conflict management skills within a work team;
- Availability to travel all over the world;
