Per lo stabilimento di Sesto Fiorentino siamo alla ricerca di un/a Packaging & Device Engineer che, inserito nell'area Packaging & Device, e riportando al TSMS Packaging, Device & Logistic Sr. Manager, avrà il compito di fornire supporto alle problematiche di processo, supportare le attività di improvement ed investigare le non conformità legate al processo stesso.

La risorsa avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Mediante la conoscenza del processo di produzione e delle logiche di funzionamento degli equipment si assicura che la control strategy sia efficace
- Si interfaccia con i Process Team ed i Technical Team per quanto riguarda le problematiche tecniche di competenza
- Interviene sul campo per comprendere le cause di perdite qualità o performance del processo e fornisce supporto per la risoluzione
- Supporta l’analisi dei dati di performance degli equipment e dei prodotti (Control Chart) al fine di identificare problematiche o punti di miglioramento
- Fornisce feedback alle fasi di processo upstream su eventuali problematiche identificate durante le fasi produttive
- Investiga eventi collaborando, se necessario, con partner del network e fornitori
- Si interfaccia con il Network Lilly al fine di garantire l’allineamento
- Investiga i manufacturing changes che impattano il processo relativamente alla sua area di competenza (Packaging & Device)
- Supporta lo sviluppo e l’aggiornamento dei Site process flow documents e Risk Assessments documents (pFMEA).
- Esegue studi tecnici al fine di investigare non conformità e/o di identificare migliorie operative
- Collabora alla scrittura di procedure operative che impattano la control strategy e l’operatività.
- Collabora alla scrittura dei protocolli di qualifica degli equipment e validazione dei processi.
- Partecipa alla definizione delle strategie di C&Q in casi di progetti ad elevata articolazione

Requisiti richiesti:

- Laurea Magistrale ad indirizzo scientifico
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e capacità di relazionarsi con colleghi di altri stabilimenti del network
- Attenzione al dettaglio, capacità di trouble-shooting
- Conoscenze basilari di statistica
- Propensione e capacità nel lavoro di gruppo
- Conoscenza sistemi informatici
