**The partner**:
We are looking for a **Head of Production** for an important company in seed business.

**The role**:

- Management of factory activities, including: supervision of external maintenance parties, logistics, certifications, manufacturing, purchasing/supplies;
- Management of factory personnel;
- Management of Operations and factory organization;
- Management of processes and flow of production;
- Production and delivery plan;
- Support to the Country Manager;
- Management of safety and HQSE activities.

**Requisiti**:
**Mandatory skills**:

- Professional qualification in Engineering.
- 3/5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Sound analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Leadership and management of people, teamworking.
- Fluency in English.

**Optional skills**:

- French.
