**Posizione**:

- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on banking and financial matters related to energy and infrastructure projects, including project finance, acquisition finance, and structured finance transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, contracts, and agreements, including loan agreements, security documents, and project finance documentation.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on banking and financial regulations, industry trends, and market practices relevant to the energy and infrastructure sector.
- Collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate legal risks.
- Represent clients in negotiations, transactions, and dispute resolution proceedings related to banking and financial matters in the energy and infrastructure sector.
- Stay updated on developments in banking and financial law, energy regulations, and infrastructure policies to provide proactive and strategic legal advice to clients.

**Requisiti**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) from a reputable institution; advanced degree (LL.M. or equivalent) preferred.
- Admission to the Italian Bar and in good standing with relevant legal authorities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law with a focus on banking and financial matters, preferably within the energy and infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record of handling complex banking and finance transactions, including project finance, acquisition finance, and structured finance deals.
- In-depth knowledge of banking and financial regulations, energy laws, and infrastructure policies.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
