Excited about order and administrative tasks? At HARALD PIHL, we're looking for someone like you to lead the charge in ensuring smooth coordination between our purchasing and sales processes. As part of your role, you'll be responsible for managing order logistics and ultimately ensuring top-notch service delivery to both our customers and partners.

**YOU WILL**

Become a crucial member of our dynamic team in Milano, Italy, where you'll work closely with three other team members. Operating within a fast-paced and innovative environment, you'll play a pivotal role as a administrator, contributing to the growth of our business. Your tasks will include:

- Managing order logistics, tracking freight, and reporting quality to HARALD PIHL.
- Acting as a vital link between customers and HP to ensure exceptional service.
- Collaborating with teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

In addition to these technical competencies, strong communication abilities and outstanding interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients is crucial for success in this role.
