Job Family Description -HR Business Partner:
Performs a wide range of Human Resources activities and supervision. Provides specialised advice and assistance to business unit management regarding complex HR issues.

Missione del ruolo

Principali mansioni
- Gestione documentazione amministrativa per l’elaborazione delle buste paga (Rilevazione e monitoraggio delle presenze del personale, gestione note spesa, mensa, etc)
- Attività di screening CV e selezione
- Supporto quotidiano al personale interno per richieste e informazioni
- Analisi e reportistica HR
- Supporto al General Manager nella gestione dell’agenda
- Preparazione testi e presentazioni per meeting ed eventi

Requisiti richiesti
- Laurea in materie economiche o umanistiche
- Gradita esperienza in materia di Payroll & Amministrazione del personale
- Buona padronanza di MS Office (Excel, Word, PP)
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Ottime capacità relazionali e propensione all’ascolto
- Problem solving e competenze organizzative
- Ottime capacità comunicative, organizzative e di gestione delle priorità
- Propensione al miglioramento continuo
- Spiccate capacità di teamwork
